1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using our Software or accessing the JM Technologies website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. License
JM Technologies grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Pro Subscriptions
Some features of the Software ("Pro Features") may require a paid subscription.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are provided only at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, JM Technologies expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JM Technologies be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or any other commercial damages or losses) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
